We Have All The Canadian Pricing, Specs, And Release Date For The All-New 2021 Nissan Rogue

The excitement for the third-generation Nissan Rogue has been building for months, especially when Nissan showed in June 2020. Set to hit Centennial Nissan's showrooms in Charlottetown and Summerside in October 2020, the new Rogue fills big shoes: the Rogue has been Nissan Canada's best-selling model since 2012.

Now the Rogue is an all-new vehicle: new 2.5-liter engine with direct injection, new all-wheel-drive system, newly aggressive exterior, a new interior that's more flexible than before, and tons of new standard safety content. Yet even with way more standard equipment, an all-new platform, and lots of new technology, the base price for the Rogue doesn't budge.

The 2021 Nissan Rogue lands in Canada in six different configurations: S, S AWD, SV, SV AWD, SV Premium AWD, and Platinum AWD.

Here's what's common across the board.

• A 2.5-liter 4-cylinder with 6% more power (181 horsepower) and 181 lb-ft of torque.

• In the all-wheel-drive model, the Rogue is rated at 9.2 L/100km in the city and 7.2 L/100km on the highway, for an overall rating of 8.3 L/100km. The front-wheel-drive model cuts consumption to 8.9 L/100km city; 7.0 L/100km highway.

• The rear doors on every Rogue open 85 degrees, making it easy to install child seats and buckle in the kids.

• Nissan Safety Shield 360 is standard on all Rogues: intelligent emergency braking with pedestrian detection, blind spot warning, rear cross traffic alert, lane departure warning, high beam assist, and rear intelligent emergency braking. The 2021 Rogue also includes Rear Door Alert.

And here's the model-by-model breakdown. (MSRPs do not include freight, PDI, taxes, title, and license fees fees.)
