The 2021 Kia Telluride Nightsky Is Coming To Canada: Full Photo Gallery

You may have heard about it first as the Nightfall Edition, a U.S.-market 2021 Kia Telluride dressed all in black. Now we can tell you that the 2021 Kia Telluride lineup in Canada will include a special Nightsky edition, the first successor to the 2020 Kia Sorento Black Line.

The Telluride has been a hit from the moment the model landed thanks to an impeccable combination of space, power, capability, and luxury. Foregoing anything that resembles an entry-level model, Kia Canada's Telluride performs the remarkable trick of always coming across like a vehicle that costs thousands more than it actually does.

But now the Nightsky takes the top-of-the-line Telluride SXL to another level altogether by quite literally blacking out virtually every exterior component possible. Roof rails? Black. Lower door side molding? Black. Skid plates, grille, headlight surround, wheels? Black. All of the trim surrounding the glass? Black.

And yes, the badges are black, as well. It is a stunningly menacing visage. It's intimidating but not at all vulgar; aggressive but not offensive.

This is the 2021 Kia Telluride Nightsky, the newest member of the lineup for the 2020 World Car Of The Year, the MotorTrend SUV Of The Year, AJAC's Best Large Utility Vehicle Of The Year, the 2020 North American Utility Vehicle Of The Year, Car And Driver 10 Best winner, and Edmunds' Top Rated SUV.
