This Is the Refreshed 2019 Honda Pilot
November 18 2019, Centennial Auto Group
Updated styling, more in-cabin technology, and a refined transmission highlight the changes to the third-generation Honda Pilot for the 2019 model year.
On sale this summer, the 2019 Pilot will include an optional hands-free power tailgate, a larger rear seat entertainment screen, the CabinTalk technology from the new-for-2018 Honda Odyssey, and a new touchscreen system incorporating Apple CarPlay/Android Auto with the operating system that's earned praise in the new Accord and Odyssey. The nine-speed automatic that's part of the Touring trim is significantly improved for smoother, better-timed shifting.
Thanks to increased production at the Pilot's Alabama plant, Pilot popularity in North America is taking off. 2017 was the best year ever for Pilot sales in Canada, where consumers appreciate the 8-seat capacity and useable space behind the third row, plus exceptional resale value that truly protects their investment.
On the outside, the new Pilot is distinguished from the 2018 model with an updated front fascia and new wheel designs, among other alterations.
