INSPECTION
The Honda Canada certification process begins with a 100-point inspection by one of our Honda-trained technicians. This inspection is designed to uncover any issues, issues that will be documented and repaired using Honda Genuine parts.
CARPROOF
This is accompanied by a CARPROOF report, which details all vehicle history, such as accidents/damage, location of registration, recalls, repairs, and routine visits for regular maintenance.
But the Certified nature of a pre-owned Honda vehicle goes much further than that. There's a great deal of confidence supplied to car shoppers with other aspects of the Honda Canada process.
WARRANTY
Take, for instance, the powertrain warranty. Although there's an option to further upgrade coverage with a Honda Plus Extended Warranty, a Honda Certified vehicle includes an extension to the original 5-year/100,000-KM powertrain warranty of an extra 2 years/60,000 KMs. This means that from the in-service date, the Honda Certified powertrain warranty provides 7-year/160,000 KMs.
